There is nothing a mouse can do to complete this level by themselves. The best you can hope for is to be on the right side of a shaman when he's building, lest you be trapped.

Shaman

The Shaman should build a ramp (or catapult). An elevator will not get you all the way up without Wall Jumping, unless it is more complicated complex elevator..
