The Blindfold is created by wearing an eyepatch and a bandit mask.

The Blindfold Gang captures a member of the Fancypants Committee

The eyepatch takes up a different space than the eye cover does, so they "blend" together. The eyepatch covers over the empty space left by the eye cover so that the mouse would be able to see.
